FARMERS TABLE

Guests gather under our 2.000 year-old tree that overlooks the old Negramole vines, inside our vintage olive press or wrapped in the warmth of the Main House and share a simple menu paired with a flight of four of our wines from the estate. They delight in the authentic stories of the Algarve’s landmark vineyard estate before strolling the vineyards.

Lunches held on Monday through to Friday at 13:00.

€55 per person for adults, €22.50 per person for children, with a 15% commission for our partners.

WINE TASTING

Wine lovers can experience an intimate wine tasting and tour of the vineyards while exploring the history of Morgado do Quintão. They will discover our unique terroir and our authentic wines while savouring cheese and charcuterie from our local producers.

Tastings are held on Monday through to Friday at 16:00.

€35 per person, participants must be 18 years or older, , with a 15% commission for our partners

SOMMELIER TASTING

Our premium wine experiences are held at Morgado do Quintão by our in house sommelier,  visiting sommeliers, some from Michelin-star restaurants, senior wine educators or illustrious winemakers who join us to teach, inspire and give guests insight into the wonderful world of wine. 

Tastings are held on Monday through to Friday, times TBD.

A BOTTLE OF SPARKLING, OYSTERS @ SUNSET

Visitors will join us for an afternoon experience of local oysters from Ria de Alvor and our very own & special sparkling wine made from Negramole grapes while watching the sun go down on the legendary vines of Morgado do Quintão. We’ll serve fresh oysters over an ice-bed and a bottle of sparkling wine while they take in the beautiful pink sunsets over the estate. 

SARDINES UNDER A STARRY SKY

Grilled sardines are a staple of Portuguese food. Paired with chilled Clarete, our most prized wine, under a starry sky we think it’s the perfect end of day experience. 

COOKING WORKSHOP IN THE VINEYARD

While some of the family’s recipes have been served to Portuguese kings & queens, it’s our daily fare that we’re most interested in sharing with those that visit us and experience life at the estate. Participants are welcomed to join us for an adventurous morning of fun and learning about the history of the estate, of the Algarve and of its food traditions while learning about how to make some of our very favourites with our in-house chef. Beware: they might need to pick vegetables from our very own organic vegetable garden. Includes a PDF version of the meal’s recipes. Discount on the purchase of wines.

RELAX & MASSAGE

We live life through our senses so we’ve partnered with La-Eva, which have created products inspired by organic beauty, a love of art and the alignment of luxury with simplicity, to design experiences which will help guests relax into the flow of the countryside. These sessions are held by our in-house therapist using sensorial units of wellbeing from La-Eva which created from fine ingredients, blended to treat body & mind as one.

Guests can enjoy a massage or a morning stretch class either in the comfort of their house and garden, in the Main House, or in a shady spot under an olive tree.

To ensure an appointment, we advise guests to book before arrival or at least 48 hours in advance.

TABLE CURATION

For those staying at our vineyard cottages, we can help with a local hamper filled with essentials, or simply shop for them from a shopping list and we’ll have it ready for arrival.

We've partnered with our local community tastemakers to give visitors  access to the real Algarvian way of life. We’ll help them discover the richness of Algarvian  gastronomy and visit an Algarvian orange producer, an olive oil farm, the salt fields or explore the Medronho distilleries of our nearby Monchique Mountains with our friends.
