The Gatekeeper’s cottage was renovated by us with local workmen and materials to savour its time old beauty. Around the house, wildflowers bloom in Spring and act as quiet companions during your stay.

The house can accommodate up to 8 guests (4 adults and 4 children), in 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms complete with scents from La'Eva.  Located near the entrance of the estate, the Gatekeeper’s cottage is the one for those who are looking to retreat into their own space, with silence and serenity as paramount. With a private pool tucked away and surrounded by old olive trees, it is the perfect escape to become at one with nature and embrace the Algarvian ‘tranquilidade’.

RATES

The Gatekeeper’s cottage is available for stays for a maximum of 4 adults and 4 children in 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms from April - October.

Prices start from €300 per night

We have a 3 to 5 nights minimum stay (please contact us for short stays )

For all other enquiries about staying with us outside of our minimum stay requirements do get in touch and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Babies under 3 years old that sleep in a cot (not provided) do not count as an additional person.

Our grape harvest starts on August 18th (if you would like to participate just let us know on booking).

• The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge/freezer, electric cooker/hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster and kettle as well as a washing machine, iron and ironing board for laundry.

LOCATION

Nestled at the intersection between the rolling Algarvian Barrocal, the Monchique Mountains and some of the regions most dramatic beaches, our cottages are the perfect place to experience a true and authentic Algarve.  Faro Airport is just a 50 minutes drive away. For those who wish to enjoy the journey, we are located 5 minutes from the Silves train station, but we do recommend hiring a car for your stay so you can explore freely.
