This wine is an homage to the essence of Algarve.
We have meticulously pressed whole bunches of Crato Branco from our older vines and have aged it in used oak barrels for roundness and complexity.

Vinification: 50-year-old vines, manual harvest in 20 kg crates. Whole cluster press, hyper-oxygenation of the must without the addition of sulfur, cold settling, fermentation, and aging for 6 months — 50% in neutral barrels and 50% in stainless steel tanks.
